Focus on Liz from blue sky flowers
Just wanted to tell you about wonderful Liz from blue sky flowers. We have collaborated with Liz in a series of workshops as part of ‘create & do’ at bake-a-boo, where she will teach you some of her floral secrets and skills. Liz will source beautiful flowers for you to work with and show you how to create beautiful arrangements. Our first workshop with Liz is on the 10th February from 9:30am-11:30am. This workshop has a Valentine’s theme where you will create a romantic hand tied bouquet, which Liz assures me will last until Valentines day, so you could give it to your loved one, or use it as a centre piece for a Valentine’s meal at home, or just keep it for yourself! Liz will also be running workshops on the following dates:
Wednesday 17th February – 10am-12pm – Half term Parent & child flower arranging workshop
Our second Flower Workshop is aimed at parents and kids during half term who want to have fun and create something for home or as a gift. Mum or Dad can make a hand tied posy whilst the little ones pot up a fragrant flower. Enjoy a cup of tea and a piece of cake whilst watching the young budding gardeners!
Saturday 13th March – 10am-12pm - Mother’s day flower arranging workshop
Isn’t your mum worth a few hours of your time creating a special bouquet? She will love the personal touch and you will get to eat cake and have fun! Attend this workshop alone to create a wonderful surprise workshop, or why not attend the workshop with your Mother and make it part of your Mother’s Day celebration?
Wednesday 31 March 9:30am-11:30am – Easter Flower Workshop
Come a make a floral display for your Easter table or create a small gift for visiting guests. Just bring your green fingers, everything else will be provided including tea and cake.
All workshops, include use of all materials, flowers and tea or coffee and cakes during the workshop.
All workshops are £45 per person (the £45 paid for the parent child workshop includes parent and child)
